sash&bow has extensive experience, a stylish eye for design and continuing training and education to produce your special day.  We’ve been featured in publications across Wisconsin, and no two events are alike. We believe in developing custom proposals for clients, as each bride and wedding is unique. From Full Service Planning in our Platinum Package (see below), to Design or Weekend Coordination, our services are well thought out with each budget and level of planning in mind. No other company in Green Bay and the surrounding area focuses solely on weddings.

Platinum Package

You are treated as the Queen for the day…with stress free planning along the way.

It Includes:
  • One Hour Complimentary Consultation
  • Unlimited contact with you and family members
  • Finding your perfect venues for ceremony and reception
  • Create and detailed budget and stick to it
  • Assistance and recommendations in vendor selection
  • Attend all appointments and cater to your every need
  • Contract review and negotiations
  • Bridal calendar of events and checklists
  • Complimentary design of monograms, stationary, tags, labels, etc.
  • Detailed wedding day itinerary sent out to vendors two weeks prior to event
  • Final calls to vendors to confirm their setup/take-down times
  • Confirm emergency contact information
  • Complimentary setup and take down of décor
  • Coordination of rehearsal
  • Rehearsal dinner venue selection
  • Coordinate with vendors & staff at venues
  • Supply last minute needs from emergency kit
  • Supervise loading of gifts and transport them to gift opening location if needed
  • Transport bridal gown to ceremony location, if needed
  • Provide oversight and coordination at reception
  • Lead coordinator & full professional staff, your very own dream team!
  • Unlimited Mileage charges between locations
  • Invitation assembly and taken to the post office if needed
  • Delivery of welcome baskets
  • Monthly 1 hour consultation
  • Attend tasting with caterer and baker

or 10% of the budget if budget is over $60,000

A custom proposal with the pin-pointed price will come after you circle the above services needed.
After complimentary consultation the lead planner will come up with your custom price and plan for your planning of the event.

Weekend Coordination

The help you need on the big day!

It Includes:
  • Decor Appointment for rental needs 4-6 months prior to date
  • Complimentary invitation appointment 4-6 months prior to date
  • One month prior detailed meeting
  • Detailed wedding day itinerary for you and your bridal party
  • Vendor confirmations the week before your wedding
  • Confirm emergency contact information
  • Complimentary setup and take down of décor and all wedding details
  • Coordination of Rehearsal
  • Supply last minute needs from emergency kit
  • Supervise loading of gifts and transport them to gift opening location, if needed
  • Transport bridal gown to ceremony location, if needed
  • Provide oversight and coordination at reception
  • Good morning wake-up call
  • Professional Coordinator and staff

Decor Assistance

Design the event of your dream with no stress and a professional team with unlimited resources.

It Includes:
  • Complimentary initial consultation to create ideas
  • Customized décor plan for couple
  • Attendance of one floral appointment
  • Access to sash&bow exclusive rental inventory
  • Detailed design of your event if desired
  • Setup of all décor elements
  • Takedown after event (including packing up of bride’s personal items if desired)
  • Coordination of linens and lighting
  • Room diagram and layout assistance
Investment $1,450+ (rentals and supplies additional, this is available November-April only)
No hourly setup or takedown offered unless your event is taking place November-April.
